Market Opportunity

OAI has an alliance in Mexico for which final documents are in place. Furthermore OAI has been in discussions in Canada, South America, the U.S. and SE Asia including China for future development, which will begin producing revenues within the near term. Due to food safety and quality concerns and organic certification concerns the Company will also develop Food Safety / QC Control and Organic Certification Division in each country – prior to shipment. This has already been established in Mexico. Excellence in this area will be our company’s hallmark. No one is doing this at this time and to quote a buyer from Costco, “it is a disaster.” Business Strategy & Operating Segments Sourcing of goods for our large customers such as Lotus, Kroger, Safeway, Kraft, Sara Lee etc will also commence as we staff up. We have finalized an agreement with a Mexican/ Canadian organic farming consortium who has shipping and organic certification in place. This group has been supplying both conventional and organic produce for the past 10 years. We have also finalized negotiations with a large packaged goods company to initiate organic trades for this company both stateside and internationally.
