THE COMPANY

Organic Alliance, Inc. is a sales and marketing company focused on worldwide sourcing and selling organic ingredients and various organically grown and certified produce items. The Company is in the process of building one of the world’s finest sales and marketing firms for specializing in organic products and ingredients. 

The primary business of O.A.I. is to source and sell excellent quality organic ingredients from around the world. The Company will also arrange futures positions of organic crops in China, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Mexico and the US with customers in the US and internationally where appropriate.  The organic products include fresh fruit & vegetables, rice, sunflower seed oil, coffee, tea, seeds, spices, herbs, dried fruits, juices potatoes, tomatoes, juice concentrates, poultry and beef among other organic goods.

Through an exclusive relationship in Thailand and China and other relationships in Mexico, South America; the Company will acquire and or arrange futures positions directly from farmers and co-ops for various organic products.  These products will be sold primarily to large U.S. consumer goods corporations such as Kraft, Sara Lee, Unilever and Kellogg’s and large grocery customers such as Kroger and Safeway.  The Company also expects to develop an international exporting division, focused on China and Thailand.  The Company will also arrange for testing/QC/Food Safety personnel to verify top quality prior to shipments to customers.
